Free Classic Who Screening of Doctor Who: Planet of Giants this Saturday, September 29th (in 4 U.S. cities)
So thanks to the fine folks at BBCAmericaShop, there will be a FREE screening of the First Doctor’s ‘Planet of Giants’ in Austin, NYC, Indianapolis, and LA this weekend:
The Doctor (First Doctor - William Hartnell), Ian, Barbara and Susan have arrived back on Earth in the 1960s, a time they have been trying to return to since they all met. However, an accident causes the TARDIS doors to open while the ship is still in flight, and upon landing they discover that they have been reduced in size and only stand an inch tall. The world now has dangers at every turn for the tiny travellers - including a plot involving a new insecticide may threaten more than just insects.
